LAST VERSION:
CellTracker requires Matlab 2012, Image Processing Toolbox 8.1 and for some optional functions Curve Fitting Toolbox 2.3 or later versions. CellTracker works with Windows, Macintosh and Linux (32 or 64 bit systems).
Potential contributors are most welcome to contact us for any technical details. We are happy to include novel tracking and detection algorithms. Please submit your code to the main developers and after careful functional and technical revision we include it in the latest version, or provide help to our capacities.
